Real estate industry web design – 2012 to 2014

While working at Korbitec (2012-2014)

I worked as a designer providing social media designs and web designs for two development teams simultaneously. Often providing build diagrams for developers with exact pixel spacing and jumping in to help with complex CSS requirements.

The Primary Brand that I was responsible for was WinDeed servicing the development team on that side primarily the marketing graphics:

Windeed now Lexis Windeed provides customers with detailed reports on property information directly from the national deeds office. It’s an amazing product that’s been built and refined over 20 years, that provides huge historical insight to the real estate industry and many others who are interested in that historical data.

The WinDeed Marketing site was originally outsourced to a company to design it a year before I joined Korbitec… The design was then passed on to another company to do the development. The result of all this outsourcing was a solution that needed a lot of TLC.

I updated / re-coded and re-designed the site – made it responsive, and added videos (which I edited and composited in After Effects). The solution was then secured and SEO’d.
Website visitor tracking was added.

WinDeed Marketing Site – Training Videos

I designed the WinDeed Registration site to be a seamless jump from the Marketing site. I supplied the early web skeleton and worked on the responsive CSS. This solution is completely different from the Marketing site but doesn’t confuse users as it was very similar aesthetically.

The WinDeed Dev team did a truly amazing job with this site as it is not only adaptive, but has awesome state management and smart user intuitive features.

I have made a lot of emailers over the years, custom coded HTML by hand to ensure they look great within the limitations of web clients.
Including making them look great in old versions of Microsoft Outlook.

Property24Data is a business to business product offering, leveraging the technology of WinDeed and Property24.

I designed the UI and brand graphics for propert24data
now called Lexis AgentIQ.

I worked very closely with the development team and supplied the base skeleton for the markup solution. (HTML&CSS). I also sourced a jQuery source which was then extend to what became the logged in user experience.

Supplying Property24Data team (Consumer Applications) with:
web artwork, CSS guidance, and the occasional slider solution (jQuery).
